For Shaan Spice Masala, I led the experiential design and brand activation for a pop-up venue and trade show installation, in collaboration with producer Saad Ahmad. The project introduced a fresh color palette and original iconography to evolve the brand’s visual language while honoring its cultural roots. I designed immersive visual elements across touchpoints—including tote bags, stickers, signage, and environmental graphics—to create an engaging and memorable experience for both new and loyal audiences.
